SUPRTD
Membership Terms
These terms apply to your SUPRTD membership. Please read them before joining. They explain what SUPRTD provides, what it does not, and the terms on which you can cancel.
ALMOST FINAL — the wording is complete and every operational term is now settled. What remains is the business's own identity: legal name, business address and contact email. These are binding terms a member agrees to when they pay, and they have not been reviewed by a solicitor. 2 bracketed values still need answering, and every one is a fact only you can supply.
-
01 About us
SUPRTD is a trading name of [TRADER NAME], a sole trader established in England and Wales, whose business address is [BUSINESS ADDRESS].
You can contact us at hello@suprtd.com.
SUPRTD is not a limited company. The business is run by its owner personally, who is the party you contract with under these terms.
-
02 What SUPRTD is
SUPRTD is a private membership support network for independent professionals. Members message a concierge, who works out what kind of support the situation calls for and introduces them to a specialist from a vetted network.
SUPRTD is not a directory, a marketplace or an automated assistant. The concierge is a person.
-
03 What SUPRTD does not do
SUPRTD does not provide regulated advice of any kind. It does not give financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting or insurance advice, and nothing said by the concierge should be treated as such.
Where regulated or professional advice is needed, it is provided by the qualified specialists we introduce you to. Those specialists are independent of SUPRTD. They are responsible for their own advice, their own regulatory permissions and their own professional indemnity cover.
-
04 Membership levels
SUPRTD is offered at three levels: SUPRTD, which is free; SUPRTD Plus; and SUPRTD Private. What each level includes is set out on our pricing page, and that description forms part of these terms.
We may change what a level includes. Where a change materially reduces what you receive, we will tell you before it takes effect and you may cancel under the section on changes below.
-
05 Our partner network
Specialists are assessed before they join the network and reviewed on how they work with members. An introduction is a recommendation, not a guarantee: you decide whether to engage a specialist, and any engagement is a contract between you and them.
Specialists set and charge their own fees for their own services. Those fees are separate from your membership and are not paid to SUPRTD.
-
06 Our commercial relationships
We may have commercial arrangements with some partners, under which we receive a fee or commission. Where such an arrangement exists, we disclose it to you at the point of introduction.
A commercial arrangement never determines who we introduce you to. Recommendations are made on fit.

07 Membership prices
SUPRTD Plus is £49 a month, or £499 for twelve months. SUPRTD Private is £199 a month, or £1,999 for twelve months. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged and prices are the total amount you pay. If we become VAT registered we will tell you before it affects a renewal.
We may change our prices. A change will not affect the term you have already paid for; we will tell you at least 30 days before a changed price applies to a renewal.
-
08 Renewals
Paid memberships renew automatically — monthly memberships each month, annual memberships every twelve months — until cancelled. Payment is taken using the payment method you provided.
We will email you a reminder at least 14 days before an annual membership renews, so that you have time to cancel if you no longer want it.
-
09 Cancelling your membership
You can cancel at any time before your next renewal date by messaging your concierge, or by emailing us at hello@suprtd.com. Cancellation stops the next payment; it does not refund the period you are currently in, and your membership continues until the end of that period.
A free SUPRTD membership can be closed at any time.
-
10 Your right to cancel within 14 days
Because you join online, you have a legal right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to cancel within 14 days of joining and receive a refund.
We do not make that proportionate charge. If you cancel within 14 days of joining we refund what you paid in full, whether or not you have used the membership in the meantime.
-
11 Changing your membership level
You can move between levels at any time. Moving up takes effect immediately, and you pay the difference for the remainder of the period you have already paid for. Moving down takes effect at your next renewal date, so the level you have paid for runs to the end of its term.
-
12 Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
If a payment fails we may retry it. If it continues to fail we may suspend the paid parts of your membership until payment is made.
-
13 Availability of the concierge
The concierge is available from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, excluding English public holidays. We aim to respond within one working day. These are targets rather than guarantees, and SUPRTD is not an emergency service.
SUPRTD is not an emergency service. If a matter is urgent or safety-critical, contact the appropriate emergency or professional service directly.
-
14 Your responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate information, to use the membership for your own business and personal matters rather than resale, and to deal with introduced specialists in good faith.
You are responsible for your own decisions. An introduction does not transfer that responsibility to us.
-
15 Content and community
Any content we publish or make available is general information. It is not advice, and it does not take account of your circumstances.
Where a member community is provided, you agree not to post anything unlawful, misleading or confidential to someone else, and not to use it to solicit business from other members. The community, the gatherings and the published content are being built out, and are introduced to each membership level as they become available.
-
16 Events
Access to member gatherings depends on your membership level and on availability. Places may be limited. Gatherings are included in the membership levels that list them and carry no separate charge. Where a gathering is cancelled by us, any place you hold is simply released; no refund arises because no separate charge was made.
-
17 Suspending or ending a membership
We may suspend or end a membership if you break these terms, if payment fails and is not resolved, or if conduct towards our team, our partners or other members makes the relationship untenable.
Where we end a paid membership other than for a breach by you, we will refund the unused part of the period you have paid for.
-
18 Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for providing the membership with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for the advice or services of the specialists we introduce you to, or for the outcome of decisions you take.
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability to you for all claims arising in any twelve month period is limited to the greater of £100 and the membership fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
-
19 Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. Where a change materially affects you, we will tell you at least 30 days beforehand, and you may cancel before it takes effect without penalty.
-
20 Complaints
If something has gone wrong, tell us at hello@suprtd.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 30 days.
A complaint about a specialist should also be raised with that specialist, who will have their own complaints process and, where they are regulated, may fall within the remit of an ombudsman.
-
21 Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.
