No. Regulated and professional advice comes from the qualified specialists we introduce you to. SUPRTD helps you work out what you need and reach the right person.
Each specialist is chosen for relevant experience with independent professionals, credentials and references, then reviewed on how they actually work with members over time. Anyone who no longer meets the standard leaves the network.
Yes. Specialists set and charge their own fees for their professional services. Your membership covers the concierge, the introductions and the ongoing relationship.
Where a commercial arrangement with a partner exists, we disclose it to you at the point of introduction. Our recommendation is always based on fit.
No set limit. Members raise anything from a quick question to a significant decision, as often as they need.
Tell us. We will look at what did not fit and arrange an alternative. Getting this right is part of the membership, not an exception to it.
Yes. Membership can be cancelled ahead of its next renewal date; full terms are set out in the membership agreement.
